Unreliable vendor and poor communication

I didn’t stay. No one turned up to let me in at the agreed check in time. No one answered or responded to my calls and voicemails. No one emailed me back.

Rubbish in the area outside the front door.

Really hope my very mid experience is due to them setting up and that it’ll get better as they go. The rooms aren’t amazing but okay, this wasn’t clean really, the bed sheets not great. There’s a kitchen but not bins, the guy who was there bless him seem to be new and had to call the owner to ask (I’m even wondering if he actually was an employee or a lodger…)

Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean, comfortable, and well presented, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable, the facilities were good, and the location was convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Overall, great value for money and I would happily stay again. 😀
