Decebedor: pel preu de l’estada i els 800 € de fiança que exigeixen, la casa hauria d’estar en molt millors condicions.

La ubicació i l’entorn

La nostra experiència ha estat decebedora, sobretot tenint en compte el preu que vam pagar. La neteja deixava bastant a desitjar. La piscina estava molt bruta i, quan ho vam comunicar, van enviar un noi molt amable, que era el jardiner, però tot i així no la vam poder fer servir. A l’interior també vam trobar força brutícia: les estovalles estaven brutes, alguns estris de cuina i gots també, i sota els llits hi havia una quantitat considerable de pols. Al lavabo de dalt, a més, hi havia una forta olor d’humitat. La dutxa perdia aigua per diversos llocs i alguns panys tampoc estaven en bones condicions. La distribució dels llits ens va semblar poc adequada: només hi ha quatre habitacions, amb dos llits de matrimoni en una mateixa habitació i dos llits individuals en una altra. També hi ha diferències entre el que s’anuncia i el que realment trobes. Per exemple, indicaven que hi havia cafetera Nespresso i no n’hi havia. En general, hi ha diverses coses que apareixen a la descripció de la casa que després no hi són. La il·luminació exterior és insuficient i a la nit pràcticament no s’hi veu, fins al punt que pots ensopegar o fer-te mal. La comunicació es fa principalment mitjançant una IA que, en algunes situacions, en lloc de facilitar les coses les complica. També vam tenir problemes per llençar la brossa: vam anar als contenidors del poble i calia una targeta de resident que nosaltres no teníem. Només després de preguntar-ho ens van informar que podíem haver deixat la brossa a la casa. En definitiva, ens ha decebut. Amb el preu que té l’allotjament i una fiança de 800 €, esperàvem un nivell de neteja i manteniment molt superior, i que els serveis i característiques anunciats es corresponguessin amb el que realment ofereix la casa.

El jardi i tota zona exterior estava abandonada literal! Vam tenir la mala sort q es va espatllar la piscina i va fer molta calor! La casa estava poc cuidada i bastant bruta!! Mobles trencats i mosquiteres fetes malbe o directament arrencades

Una casa excepcional en todos los sentidos. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio, muy bien equipada y cuidada hasta el último detalle. La ubicación es perfecta para disfrutar de unos días de descanso y el entorno es precioso.
