It’s location
The fact the bathroom was on the ground floor and the stairs were very steep. If you are elderly or have difficulty with stairs this would not be suitable for you.

Central location and decorated lovely. Beds were very comfortable.
Slept 4 comfortably but would be a squeeze for 6 people.

Very nice apartment over two floors. Roomy enough for a family and close to everything in Chester to never have to get in a car. We felt like locals leaving for the day from our cute entry door. Chester is an amazing city! The home had everything we needed, including laundry and was very clean.
The beds were described as king size, but in America, a king is quite a bit larger. They were actually a Queen size to American standards (and king is usually about the size of 2 twins pushed together in other countries, which these weren't). That being said, the beds were comfortable and my teens made it work. Would be nice to have basics like salt/pepper/olive oil provided, but not essential.

You couldn't be in a better location especially if visiting for the race course like we were. Two pubs bookending the street with a very short walk into town, a bus stop on the door step and the race course a stones throw. The property was very clean, modern and really nice cosy decor.
We booked for 6 which meant we needed the sofa bed, this is located in the room off the kitchen. I would have placed the sofa bed in the lounge at the front because when the guests who were staying in the bedroom needed to use the toilet or kitchen they needed to climb over the person sleeping in the sofa bed. A very small issue in what was a great stay,
