ベルヴェデーレとS-bahn停留所至近で、周辺にスーパー、カフェ、レストランも多くロケーションは最高。
設備も新しく、特にシャワーの水圧が非常に高くてよかった。
下に書いた通り室内設備にいくつか問題があったが、チャットで迅速に対応はしてくれた。
建物、部屋、設備が全体的に新しかったが、特に宿泊した部屋（Room4）が使い始めたばかりなのか初期不良的な不具合があった。
・エアコンのリモコンがなかった（問い合わせたところ「10月にならないと暖房が入らないからだ」という説明を受けたが、翌日いつの間にかリモコンが置かれていた）
・電子レンジを使用しようとした瞬間にブレーカーがダウン、ブレーカー復帰後も照明が点灯せず技術者が来るまで修復しなかった
・Room4の場所が原因と思われるがWiFIが非常に弱く、さらに携帯キャリアの電波も入りが悪くかなり不便だった

This is a small and efficient apartment. It has all that one may need. I had some issues with entry using the app at first but it was quickly resolved through contact with the hosts. I also locked my phone in the apartment one time and the host was very responsive and quickly helped to resolve this. The building is quiet and safe. The beds are EXTREMELY comfortable. The apartment is a 3 minute walk from Belvedere, and around 10 from U1 metro. I recommend this place!
