Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is only a few metres from the beach. Rooms are spacious and had good air-conditioning.

-geniale Lage (ruhig, kostenlose schattige Strandliegen mit netter Bar nur die Straße runter, schönster Abschnitt am Strand, trotzdem gleich im Hotspot der Stadt)
-immer Personal vor Ort, das bei allen Anliegen weiterhilft
-Personal achtet auf Sauberkeit (früh am Morgen schon am Kehren, Anti-Mosquito-Duft verteilen, etc.)
-Dusche draußen um Beach-Sand abzuduschen
-Wäsche-Service
-genug Wäscheleinen für nasse Kleidung, Handtücher
-Sitzmöglichkeit vor dem Zimmer auf der Veranda
-Zimmer und Bad haben alles, was man braucht
-Sauberkeit/ Komfort für den Preis voll in Ordnung

Friendly Staff and they arranged us a Jeep for Kumana Safari with a very short notice at a reasonable price. The hotel is in the heart of the Tourist Area of Arugambay so all cozy restaurants and night vibes within walking distance.
A/C in the room works well and beds are comfortable.
This is not a dislike. But, suggesting equipping the rooms with an electric kettle and cups to enable the guests to make their own tea / coffee. If this facility was there, i would have rated the property 10/10 rather 9/10.
