The room and the service

Simple with basic amenities and very clean as well. The room we booked for a family of 3 was spacious enough, even with our 6 luggages. Toiletries and towels all provided and housekeeping provided with our 7 night stay! Staff was helpful, informative and kind enough to even help us carry the luggages to the second floor.
Location wise it took us 8-10mins to walk to Shinjuku Sanchome station, and about 15 mins to the main Shinjuku station. It was a bit far for us, but arguably it's good enough to access other lines and get to other stations quickly!
There is a small laundromat 1 min (or less) beside the the hotel so we were able to do our laundry (we bought our own detergent). The hotel itself is nearby 3-4 convenient stores and some small eateries.
Not much that we didn't like from this hotel, but just note that the staff will leave around 11pm daily. The main door does have an auto lock after 11pm though.

My partner and I stayed here for 6 nights and it was incredible! Perfect location in Shinjuku, on a quiet street with plenty of konbini down the road for convenient breakies and midnight snacks! However, it was still only a 10 min walk to the Shinjuku station and the heart of Shinjuku’s awesome night life.
The room is massive for Tokyo standards, as well as super fresh, new and clean! The staff were always happy to answer any questions we had and waited back for us to check in as we had a late flight in. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, we will definitely be coming back here next visit :)
The ONLY thing that would make this hotel 10/10 would be access to luggage forwarding :) We had to walk to the service which is 12 minutes away from the hotel, which is still not bad.

Bathing and toilet are very impressive.
Reception and main door close at 23:00 no elevator for 2 floor if u carrying heavy luggage, that will be very annoying. Front desk mistaking on the luggage delivery service.. i paid extra money for picking up my luggage from hotel to airport.
