Location is definitely the greatest. Also the facility was very clean. AC worked pretty well and there is a tub in the bathroom that I didn't have to go any other Onsen
Nothing really much. I hope there's a better option for late check out. I wanted to stay until 3PM on Check out date but fee was ¥3000 per hour, so I rather booked another night even though I would still check out the same day

The place is immaculate, third time using it. they don't come in for cleaning, garbage is collected outside the door which actually works for us. you can always ask for fresh towels etc. great AC in hallway and rooms, super new and clean, recommend the room with extra space with the tatami mats. There's a coin laundromat on the same block as well (or walk to main branch down the street for free wash and dry at the laundromat)
