The location is very good. There is a market near by. Close to the train station. Fun street with amazing bars and restaurants. Everything is walking distance. The apartment is good, comfortable and I would say for the price okay. I think you pay the location more than the apartment itself. It is clean. There are good towels, there is a hair dryer, the bed was comfortable.
The sewage smell took over the apartment. That is the biggest downside and it has to be corrected. Also there are no basic necessities like hand soap nor dish soap, of course no shampoo and body soap. The toilet paper is the thinnest it can be. The door is not very secure and reliable. Also no air conditioner. The whole place needs some polishing.

I liked location! - air con you could not fault! Was a life saviour.
We got locked out of the room for a substantial period of time due to failure of locks, the fridge in the room was definitely not cold enough. It basically didn't chill anything. General cleanliness could have been better as there was residue in the sink when we first arrived.
The way the entire ordeal was dealt with not having access to the room and compensation issued was also poor.
We was only there for a few nights so really impacted a noticable part of our holiday.
