Colazione soddisfascente.
Posizione ottima in quanto la casa è situata nella parte antica del borgo in zona centrale.
La doccia, non avendo la porta ma la tenda, bisognava stare attenti a non far fuoriuscire l'acqua dal piatto doccia.

A luxurious apartment located in the historic center of Spello.
Very convenient for exploring Umbria's attractions, such as Assisi, Perugia, and Gubbio.
This was certainly the most beautiful accommodation I’ve stayed at in all of Italy a country I visit every year.
The apartment is spotless and fully equipped; it is impeccably clean, spans two levels, and features two bathrooms.
There is a kitchenette equipped with absolutely everything you need: a fridge, stove, coffee maker, and kettle.
The host was very kind and recommended places to eat well at reasonable prices.
There is a pizzeria nearby where you can enjoy delicious pizza.
Although I chose Spello as a base for exploring Umbria, I was pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the historic center and the nightlife.
The narrow brick-paved streets and flower-adorned houses will delight you at every turn.
Don't hesitate to set aside a few hours to admire this beautiful little town and the nightlife in the central square.
I will definitely return whenever I pass through Umbria.
Absolutely nothing to complain about.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La posizione è davvero meravigliosa, in uno dei caratteristici vicoli fioriti di Spello: il vero punto di forza della struttura.
L’appartamento è nuovo, molto curato e soprattutto pulitissimo. Era tutto perfettamente pulito e profumato, una cosa che abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato. È disposto su due piani, con camera e bagno privato al piano superiore e soggiorno, cucina e secondo bagno al piano inferiore.
Molto gentile e disponibile la proprietaria, che ci ha consigliato anche dove parcheggiare gratuitamente: a circa 200 metri dall’appartamento c'è un parcheggio comodo e facilmente raggiungibile. Abbiamo inoltre trovato a disposizione diverse cose per la colazione, una piacevole attenzione.
Da tenere presente che l'appartamento si trova in salita e che, più in generale, Spello è un paese caratterizzato da salite e vicoli in pendenza, quindi potrebbe non essere particolarmente indicato per chi ha difficoltà di deambulazione.
Per il resto, consigliatissimo! Posizione splendida, appartamento nuovo e accogliente, proprietaria gentilissima e una pulizia davvero impeccabile. Ci tornerei sicuramente!

Appartamento stupendo..tutto molto pulito e nuovo,tutti i dettagli sono curati nei minimi particolari,struttura accogliente come la gentilezza e cortesia della padrona di casa Paola,non manca nulla in questo appartamento situato in Spello,parcheggio super comodo che permette di scaricare i bagagli e di tenere sotto d occhio l auto,posizione strategica e molto comoda.Signori senza indugio cliccate prenota la struttura,non fatevi nessuna remora,non lasciatevi scappare questo alloggio meraviglioso.. complimenti!
