Location
1. Very poor communication
2. We were never told how to access the main door to get into the building and then were never given the apartment number
3. A resident in the building had to call the contact number to find the floor, apartment and check-in time.
4. Communication was awful. We sat outside with 4 pieces of luggage for 4 hours, waiting for the host to contact us.
