Het appartement ligt op het schiereiland Lustica, waar het nog veel rustiger is dan in de rest van de baai van Kotor. Je had ook een heel mooi uitzicht.
Het appartement had echt eens een groot onderhoud nodig.
De meeste rolluiken waren kapot en gingen niet open of dicht of maar half open of dicht.
Het fornuis is gescheurd. Er was een raam waarvan het scharnier kapot was, waardoor het raam uit het kozijn viel als je het raam wou open doen. Op de vloeren zijn heel veel plekken. Ook rond het zwembad en het terras was het niet proper. Je hebt ook geen terras aan de woonruimte, enkel een terras aan een slaapkamer.
Er was ook geen vuilbak of geen keukenhanddoeken.
De straat waar het appartement ligt is ook heel stijl, met een lage auto is het moeilijk om tot aan het appartement te rijden zonder met de bumper de straat te raken bij het inrijden.

Apartamenty byly czyste, gdy byly jakies problemy odrazu personel mi odpisywal. Super lokalizacja, piekny widok oraz w skrocie wszystko idealnie. Basen dla dzieci jak i dla doroslych byl świetnym rozwiązaniem. Cena super. Kazdy zadowolony, polecam kazdemu!

Big and comfortable living room, parking place, nice pool, view from the living room and from the pool. Kind and swift responding host. We even grilled in the garden.
The kitchen is middle-well equipped, but when we asked for something, the host provided us with the missed item very fast. Thanks for that.

Wow, what a perfect apartment! Marija helped us and assisted with everything it was needed.We came with a baby and she helper us with a baby cot. It's a beautiful view from the balcony, so clean, large, sunny, perfect location near the bay, quiet street, minimarket, restaurant, and a beach nearby. Highly recommended!
