L'emplacement géographique.
Le fait à devoir faire le checking sur internet, que l'on du insister pour pouvoir avoir un accueil personnalisé.
Le fait d'être livré à soi même en cas de problème.
Le portail ne s'ouvrait pas avec le code à cause d'un problème , personne pour régler le problème.
Impossible de joindre quelqu'un pour nous répondre, c'est très impersonnel.
Si des gens de l'immeuble n'était pas arriver, nous aurions dormi , dehors. Ca c'est inacceptable.
Cela mériterait d'avoir une compensation financière , que se serait-il, passé, si nous n'avions pas eu la chance que quelqu'un rentre dans l'immeuble. Booking dédommage-t-il les clients ?
