This is an excellent, brand new hotel, in a quiet residential corner of Berat.
We had a large and comfortable room, with a view of the castle (and the football stadium - stay on a Sunday and you might see a game from your balcony!). We were delighted to be given a corner room, so had a wraparound balcony with views of both the castle and the hills.
The breakfast was mostly good. We loved the home-made jams (fig, especially)
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The rooms were cleaned daily and spotless.
We enjoyed the company of the cats :)
This is just very minor feedback, again the hotel is truly excellent...
There needs to be a second coffee machine at breakfast to reduce the wait, and maybe a different one that can properly froth milk.
Breakfast is a little limited in variety for a longer stay.
Towels changed daily is nice but becomes irritating when new towels are placed on the bed, meaning you need to return your towels to where you left them in the bathroom every day. It would also be better for the environment to only replace the towels when required.
The soft loungers around the pool are already looking a little grubby and will need a more regular, thorough clean. We appreciate the luxury of their comfort, but are concerned for their longevity.

The pool was nice and everything was clean and to a high standard.
It was not directly in town. its not too far, a 20 min or so walk, but can feel a lot inn the heat. A shuttle service could be great.

The room was big and the decor was lovely. 20 min walk into the centre which didn’t bother us or 500lek for a taxi.
Lovely hotel but had a very weird vibe.restaurant staff was constantly watching you, couldn’t get room service as you couldn’t take food to your room. Hotel is in a random place. Nice but just something was off with the place

Het was heel schoon, een heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt, en de service van het personeel.
Alles was goed. Het is wel 20 minuten wandelen naar old Berat.
