It was very comfortable and clean. The same the pics The hotel has been completely renovated and is very beautiful. Overall, it was a very pleasant place to stay in Luxor .
Perfect location , It’s close to restaurants, coffee shops, the Nile River, and all the attractions along the Nile, including felucca rides, restaurants along the boulevard, and other tourist attractions. The hotel also helps you arrange a ride for the hot-air balloon at a very reasonable price. I would like to highlight the excellent customer service they provided. They were extremely helpful and always went the extra mile for AYA AMIN and MUHAMMED They made our stay much more enjoyable. I am very grateful to them for being so professional, kind, and attentive. Thank you so much for everything!

The staff members are very nice and helpful. The place is welcoming and comfortable. They also offer tours and transportation in Luxor which was nice!
The WiFi is very slow, and their payment didn’t work for my visa or Mastercard.
