Comfortable, peaceful and clean, we loved it.
Nothing to do with the property but access to Carbis Bay beach is impossible for someone with limited mobility with the only access being a very steep hill or a car park at £20 (no matter how long you sray)

The house was very welcoming with wine, beer & biscuits. It was very comfortable and very well equipped even with lots of eg spices & condiments in the kitchen, and books ,games etc in the lounge which looked out to a lovely garden. The artwork and pictures around the house gave us a taste of what was to come in the St Ives galleries. The location was ideal and we managed trips not only to the Tate and Barbara Hepworth museum but also St Michael's Mount, some National Trust properties and Truro. Ideal also for the lovely sandy beaches of Carbis Bay.
A walk in shower would have been easier to use. And a towel in the kitchen would be handy.
