Host was very efficient in communication and extra kind over arrival and departure timings. The cottage was a great size for us and very tidy with all things provided we could have needed on arrival and needing a cup of coffee for one thing! Exceptionally clean and tidy. We loved the location being on the outskirts of Lerwick but the town centre in walking distance either by street or over the hill tracks behind. And the smart TV is huge.
We left behind some tourist information leaflets we had accumulated during our stay, But that's not a criticism, just a handy hint for the future.

Quiet location
This property is well set out, clean and met all of our needs
The milk and biscuits were a really nice touch
The host was very supportive of our need for a booking that didn't quite meet their criteria for a three night minimum stay.
Everything about the property was excellent, however we could not access wifi which would have improved ability to work while away from home.
