Zentrales apartment

Die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig. Es ist sehr zentral. Personal sehr kompetent und freundlich. Sauber.

This accommodation experience was terrible. The bed was extremely soft, and for three guests, they only provided two blankets and one towel. Should the third person use a towel as a blanket? That's ridiculous. There was no hairdryer, toothbrush, or toothpaste. The kitchen stove indicator light didn't work, the bathroom had no window, and there was a slight unpleasant odor. When we first arrived, the male host handed us the key and emphasized that it was the only key available—don’t lose it. But on checkout day at 12:30 PM, the female host simply walked in without knocking, completely violating our privacy. Moreover, she was unaware of the check-out time listed on Booking.com. Although the booking stated 12:00 PM checkout, upon entering, she claimed it should be 11:00 AM and demanded an extra 30 euros because we stayed longer. Excuse me? We believed her when she said it was the only key, so at 11:41 AM we messaged to ask if we could check out later. At 1:00 PM, we still hadn’t received a reply. In fact, we’d sent messages two days earlier with no response. Due to train delays, we arrived at 1:00 AM, and the host kindly came to hand over the keys—we were truly grateful. We were worried that without the key we wouldn’t be able to leave, so we waited patiently. But then the host just barged in, demanding we pack up immediately. When we refused to pay the extra 30 euros, she made us clean her kitchen, sort out the bed linens and throw them into the bathroom, and wipe every water stain in the kitchen. I ask you—should tenants be responsible for removing sheets and duvet covers from each bed and taking them to the laundry room? Are you kidding me?
