Alles war perfekt, besonders das Personal hat bei uns einen sehr, sehr positiven Eindruck hinterlassen.
Für uns war alles in Ordnung, wir waren mit der Unterkunft rundum zufrieden und hatten nichts auszusetzen.

We had a wonderful stay! We felt very welcome and well taken care of from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommended!

👍 What I liked
* Brand new hotel – everything feels fresh and very clean.
* Spacious and comfortable room.
* TV with Netflix.
* Excellent air conditioning and fast, reliable Wi-Fi.
👎 What could be improved
* The location is not central – the hotel is in a residential neighborhood, about a 15–20 minute walk from the promenade and the port.
* Hot water was inconsistent, especially during the evening.
* Breakfast is very basic and could be more varied.
* Even a regular cup of coffee is not included with breakfast and requires an extra charge, which was surprising.
* Not all staff members speak English, which sometimes makes communication difficult.
* The hotel is overpriced for the value, especially compared to accommodation prices in Albania.

Hotel location is very good. We loved it. Specially there is a lady who is know Turkish also, she is very kind and polite and she is so much helpful for us. Room has a balcony and also very big we like it. Eğer bir gün tekrar Saranda'ya gelirsek yine bu oteli seçeriz. :) Best regards
Odada kettle ve saç kurutma makinesi yoktu ama isteseydik zaten yardımcı olurlardı biz çok onemsemedik hava zaten çok sıcaktı :)
