Offering a stunning oceanfront location where the water meets the rocky shores of Ocean Point, this light-filled home in East Boothbay is Midcoast Maine living at its finest. Almost every room - including each of the bedrooms and the separate guesthouse - provides a view of the ocean, allowing you to go about your daily activities in a truly spectacular setting.
Begin each day in the open kitchen, dining space, and living room, where you can take off the morning chill by throwing a log on the fireplace, admire the sunrise views of the coast through walls of windows, and sit down for pancakes prepared on the professional-grade gas range. Whether you're booked for a kayaking trip or a whale-watching excursion for the day, you'll come home to a gorgeous oceanfront deck where you can soak up in the sunshine in a rocking chair or enjoy an al fresco lunch of local lobster rolls. In the evenings, scroll through the Netflix and cable offerings on the living room TV or in the cozy upstairs media room as the day's clothes spin in the washer/dryer. When it's time to turn in, you'll have your choice of three charming queen bedrooms (one downstairs and two upstairs) in the main house, as well as a crow's nest loft that makes kids feel as though they're the captain of their own ship. In the separate guesthouse, you'll find a kitchenette and large picture windows that frame the ocean just outside.

This house is pure heaven.it has everything you could ever need in this house. It is decorated beautifully. The best part of this house is you will see the most beautiful sunsets and sunrise. I wish we had been there more than 3 days. We will be back.

The house has an amazing view of the ocean and is in a beautiful area. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable.

The location is perfect! We were in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood on Boothbay. We enjoyed views from the windows all around the house. The house's interior is very comfortable and tastefully decorated to reflect the charm of the area. We had a few concerns, which we reported, but which were not addressed while we were still there. If not for those concerns, we would give this home a 5. We would definitely return in the future.
