The home offers 3 comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen bed, providing restful accommodations for families and small groups.

1 full bathroom is conveniently located to serve all guests.



Please note there will be toiletries provided to get you started during your stay, we will NOT supply enough toiletries for your entire stay. There are local stores to purchase some additional supplies if needed during your stay!



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire house, including the three comfortable bedrooms, the full bathroom, the fully equipped kitchen, and the inviting living and dining areas. Outside, enjoy the patio, the BBQ grill, Outdoor shower and the fire pit.

Free parking is available on the premises.

The Hyannis Transportation Center is also easily accessible, offering regional bus services and connections to the CapeFLYER train during the summer months. • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (neighborhood policy).

• No smoking or vaping inside the home.

• Hot tub must be used responsibly — no glass near the tub.

• Children must be supervised at all times, especially in the bunk room and outdoors.

• Pets: (Communicate with the host if pets are allowed and will be adjusted).

• Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

• Please bag all trash and place it in the outdoor bin.

• Check-out is at 10 AM unless otherwise approved.
