Shared in the building: hallway + basement laundry. Stairs: 4 exterior steps lead up to the building's front door. This apartment is on the second floor — one flight of interior stairs is required to enter the unit. Shared basement laundry also requires one flight of interior stairs down.



Trash and recycling: rear alley dumpster — instructions are in the welcome packet.

There is a Minut decibel-only sound monitor inside the apartment that monitors noise level only — it does not record audio or video. Cameras are never placed inside the apartments.



Quiet building — 10 PM–7 AM quiet hours. Shared with 7 other units. Rear-of-building positioning + blackout curtains intentional for shift sleep.
