The unit itself was clean. The area along the street had some trash but this is in the city so I took that into consideration. There is a nearby dollar tree and it was convenient to St.Louis attractions. Nicer restaurants and stores were about a mile or 2 away. Linens and towels were nice. Shower was low pressure but was hot. You can hear some street noise and birds but nothing that kept us awake. All in all it was perfect for our needs. We were visiting family and the price was right. I was with my husband but I don’t think I would stay there again by myself. Hard to tell how safe the area was.
