This property is close enough to walk a few minutes to the game or show, yet quietly sits off a one-way street so it’s away from the noise, traffic, and crowds.
* LIVING ROOM: Bright and sunny. 1 couch, 1 loveseat and 1 arm chair, coffee table, brand new cordless wood woven shades, bluetooth speaker, books, games and magazines.
* KITCHEN: Beautiful freshly painted blue/gold/white kitchen with brand new sink, counters, & shutters, well appointed with everything you will need to prep and cook including Oven, Microwave, Cast iron skillet, Dutch oven, Filtered water, Coffee/tea bags, French Press, Keurig, Electric kettle, Air Fryer/Toaster, Blender, Kitchen Aid. Olive oil and condiments. Native Hand Soap & Myers eco dishwashing liquid.
* DINING AREA: Cozy nook with custom built bar height table & Wine Rack
* BEDROOM: Brand New Queen sized bed with down comforters & storage drawers underneath. Full Length Pocket Door Mirror with direct access to bathroom. Smart TV available for use (must connect to your own subscriptions…you can also move this to the living room if you prefer). A Full Dresser, Light Filtering shades.
* BATHROOM: Brand New Walk-In Shower Only (No Bathtub) with Rain Shower Head that has an optional hand shower mount. Heated Toilet Seat, Full set of towels with plenty of extras underneath the sink, Native shampoo and conditioner. Hairdryer.

This place is very clean, well kept and in the perfect location for attending World Cup games in L.A. We walked to the stadium and back. Cars trying to get to and from the game sat on the streets in traffic while we walked by.The host was easy to communicate with and responsive to questions. She even provided several extras, like a bottle of wine and snacks that were waiting for us when we arrived. The are only 2 things that might make you think about not staying in this place:1) It's not cheap. It was a lot for me to spend for just 2 nights. However, location, location, location. I decided to spend the money to get a place where we could walk to the game for a once-in-a-lifetime experience of seeing team USA play in the World Cup.2) It's small. There were 2 of us staying and it was perfect for 2. If I had a group of 4, I might hesitate to stay here. There is only 1 small bathroom and not much space for 4 people to eat. There's only one bedroom with only one queen size bed. My son slept on the couch. He's young and it was fine. The host offered an air mattress, which we declined. The home is lovely. The host is gracious. The location is perfect (about 15 minute walk to the stadium). Going in, I was a bit concerned about the neighborhood. I've read horror stories about the neighborhoods around that stadium. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The streets and homes looked way better than I expected. My son and I had no concerns walking to and from the game.
