Guest access
Guests will have full and private access to the entire home and backyard during their stay, including all living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry area, and outdoor areas.

Convenient self check-in is provided, with detailed arrival instructions shared prior to your stay. The home is designed for easy access and complete privacy, allowing you to settle in comfortably from the moment you arrive.

Please note that a small owner storage area located behind privacy screens in the garage is not accessible to guests. All other areas are fully available for your use.

Other things to note
Please request in advance items such as high chair and mini crib so we may have them set up for your stay. Queen or Twin Air mattress with full bedding available upon request for additional guests $50 per stay.

Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM in accordance with Huntington Beach city ordinance. Please be respectful of neighbors.

No parties or events are permitted, and only registered guests may be on the property.

No smoking or vaping inside or near the home. A miniumn $1000 cleaning fee will apply for violations. Our neighbors are also smoke free.

Outdoor speakers are not permitted, and indoor audio should be kept at a respectful volume, especially in the evenings.

The gas fireplace, fire pit, and BBQ are easy to use and connected to gas lines. Simple operating instructions are provided in the home. Please turn off after use.

Please turn off A/C, heat, fireplace, appliances and lights when leaving the property.

We kindly ask that you respect our check-in time of 4pm and check-out time of 10am, so we can properly prepare the home for each guest.
If you need a little extra time, feel free to reach out in advance—we’re happy to accommodate when our schedule allows.
Unauthorized late checkouts may incur a fee of $50 per hour. Stays extending more than 2 hours past the scheduled checkout time may be charged the cost of an additional night.
