Community Access – Windsor at Westside
Windsor at Westside is a 24-hour guard-gated community.
Upon arrival, please proceed directly to the Main Entrance located at:
12100 Tripoli Court, Kissimmee, FL 34747
Do not go to the clubhouse, as check-in is completed at the guard gate.
The primary guest should present:
A valid government-issued photo ID
Your booking confirmation (if requested)
The security officer will verify your reservation and issue your community access pass (proxy card) for the duration of your stay.
Please allow a few extra minutes for this process, particularly during busy check-in times.
PARKING:
There is room to park 2 cars in the driveway of the home. Additional street parking is also available, but parking on the grass, sidewalk or common areas is prohibited at all times. Parking rules are strictly enforced and may result in vehicles being towed at vehicle's owner's expense.
Quiet time in the community is from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and is strictly enforced.
Pool heating is not currently offered.
Grill/BBQ Rental (optional, minimum $90/week plus tax)
This home is not pet friendly. Due to severe allergies of one of the owners, we are not able to accommodate Service Animals.
Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests are required to complete a guest registration form prior to arrival.
Pool cleaning is done weekly by a professional company, and they will need access to the pool/Spa area. On rare events they may have to come a 2nd time. The days and times of this may vary depending on weather, Holiday's etc. If you are in the pool when they come, you will have to come out of it so that they can perform their work. Generally, the pool service takes approximately 30 minutes.
Landscaping services are performed weekly by a professional landscaping company. They will need access to the lawn/bushes around the home including any fenced in back yards. The days and times of this may vary depending on weather, Holiday's etc.
Due to HOA Policy Rv's, Boats and Commercial Vehicles are not permitted on the premises.
Starter welcome packet supplies:
- 2 rolls toilet paper per bathroom
- 2 round hotel-size bar soap per bathroom
- 1 hotel-size shampoo/conditioner per full bathroom
- 1 roll paper towel
- 1 packet dishwasher detergent
- 1 trash bags size-13-gallon
- 1 small box laundry detergent (enough for one load)
- Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans
- No salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues.
Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items. This is an industry-standard practice.
