Just off the pool, a covered outdoor bar with a wood-plank ceiling and slow-turning fan gives you a genuinely great spot for a drink in the shade. Above it all, a wide rooftop deck with wicker seating catches the breeze and looks out over the palms toward the waterway.

The Neighborhood:

You're in Lake Worth Beach, just off North Federal Highway and within reach of one of Palm Beach County's most walkable little downtowns. Downtown Lake Avenue is the heart of it - independent restaurants, cafes, bars and art galleries clustered along a few strollable blocks, with local coffee shops for slow mornings and a Publix nearby for supplies. Brogues Down Under is a longtime local favorite.



Lake Worth Beach and its pier sit about 2 miles east. Grab breakfast with an ocean view at Benny's on the Beach out on the pier, cast a line, then spend the day on the sand. It's an art-and-food kind of town rather than a party scene - relaxed and good for couples who want the beach and good food without the crowds.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to get around, and on-site garage / assigned parking is included. You're just off North Federal Highway, with quick access to main roads toward the beach, downtown West Palm Beach and Palm Beach Island. Downtown Lake Worth Beach dining is walkable; the beach and pier are a short drive, about 2 miles east. Rideshare is readily available, and Palm Beach International Airport is a manageable drive north.
