Pool Heating Terms & Conditions
Pool heating is available October 1 through May 1 for an additional fee of $32 per day, plus tax. Guests must contact VueStay at least 72 hours before arrival to request pool heat.
The pool uses an electric heater that relies on outdoor air temperatures. Under favorable conditions, the heater can generally warm the pool to approximately 20ยฐF above the outside air temperature. Pool heating is weather-dependent, and a specific pool temperature, including 85ยฐF, is not guaranteed.
When outdoor temperatures drop to approximately 55ยฐF or below, the heater may not operate. During cold fronts and cooler periods, particularly from December through February, the pool may take longer to warm or may not reach or maintain a comfortable swimming temperature.
Outdoor temperatures, overnight lows, wind, rain, and other weather conditions can affect heating performance. Pool heating fees apply once the service is requested, regardless of weather conditions or the temperature the pool ultimately reaches.

The inside of this home is perfect for a vacation rental. Very clean and comfortable inside. Fully stocked kitchen, linens and towels. We docked the overall rating because of the outdoor situation. People choose homes with pools and on canals in FL because they want to spend a lot of time outside. The outdoor furniture was in shambles, dirty, uncomfortable and disappointing. If an investment was made to make the outdoor living space as amazing as the inside it would be a fantastic experience.

This property is located at a GREAT spot! You can easily walk to anyplace in town. Afternoon walks to a happy hour can be a last minute decision after you get out of the pool. The layout of the house was open and practical. We would surely stay here again.

Do not expect a castle or a resort, but the place is very clean and spacious. The inside was recently upgraded with fresh paint and appliances. The area is quiet and we felt safe. Bring your boat as it has a very nice boat lifter! It has all the utensils for cooking and a clean grill.

We went to visit our son that goes to FGCU in Ft Meyers, we usually book a hotel but it becomes expensive because of all the restaurant meals. We found this house 25 mins from FGCU and we had a good time, the place is not a castle, but it is clean and has everything you beed to have a short stay. Some cosmetics are need it, but overall the area is quiet and feels safe. Next time we would bring a boat as the house has a very nice boat lift on the backyard!
