This pet-friendly home is 1774 square feet of air conditioned space plus a large screened-in porch with a table for dining, ceiling fans and a sectional sofa for enjoying the views from the second level, over looking the private pool and canal. The home features (3) bedrooms with king-sized beds, The fourth bedroom features a bunk bed with (2) Queen-sized mattresses. There is adequate floor space in the bedrooms for inflatable mattresses if desired for additional sleeping capacity

The outdoor space on the ground floor includes a private heated swimming pool, lounge chairs and umbrellas, a hammock, a fire pit and a custom outdoor kitchen with granite countertops, a gas grill, a Green Egg and a beverage refrigerator. The covered space also has a teak dining table and chairs to enjoy a meal or relax with scenic views of the waterway and passing boats.

The property is fully fenced and sits on a huge lot with a wide canal for easy boating navigation. Included is approximately 50' of available seawall space for docking your boat and a filet table to clean your catch. The canal is approximately 8' deep. The canal and surrounding areas are protected from the Atlantic Ocean which allows for easy docking and mooring. The limited tidal flow and different salt content in the Keys' waters limits barnacles and other bottom growth on boats and underwater hardware that is common throughout most of Florida, thus we typically keep boats in the water for weeks at a time during our visits and have only light staining on the hull that is easily removed when the boat is removed from the water.

Sugarloaf Shores is a quiet and peaceful residential community with only single-family homes and and offers one of the few, if only, neighborhood sidewalks in the lower keys. The sidewalk is nice and wide so plenty of room for pets and owners alike
