Linens & towels made of the softest organic cotton are provided. The location of this home is completely walkable within minutes of food, shopping, drinking, and beach life.

Entry (Main) Floor:

Living Area-
Kitchen with counter seating for 4, dining area with dining table for 4, ceiling fan, mounted 55” Samsung smart tv, neon “Surfing the City” sign, living room seating for 5, books, and board games. Hallway has a neon surfboard and linen closet equipped with 4 beach towels, hair dryers, an extra blanket and pillow, and first aid kit.

Bedroom/Bathroom 1 (primary)-
Sealy King firm memory foam mattress with new furniture and linens, mounted 32” Roku tv, ceiling fan, and designated workspace. Attached private bathroom has double sinks and a shower/tub combo with jacuzzi jets and new exhaust fan.

Bedroom/Bathroom 2-
Sealy Posturepedic memory foam Queen bed with new furniture and linens, closet, table side reading lamps, and ceiling fan. Bathroom is across the hall from this bedroom. Bathroom has a tub/shower combo with memory foam bathmat, new exhaust fan, and is also accessible from the main living area.

Bedroom/Bathroom 3-
Off of living room, firm memory foam King bed with new furniture and linens, neon wave light, closet, ceiling fan, and attached private bathroom with walk-in shower, new exhaust fan, and stone bathmat.

Lower Floor:

Bedroom/Bathroom 4-
Double sided pillow top Queen mattress, Safavieh chair, closet, and colorful decor and surfboard. Bathroom is around the corner and is open to Living Room 2. Bathroom has a shower/tub combo, stone bath mat, and new exhaust fan.

Living Room 2-
Living room area with modular sectional “potato couch” that seats 12 where you can move the ottoman to create a more bed-like lounge feel if you so choose. Outfitted with a new, colorful mural by a local artist, you’ll find a hidden picture find within the depths of the Surf City artistry (message me for a cheat code). Also in this space is a ceiling fan, mounted 75" Samsung smart TV with backlit LED lights, faux grass photo wall with ring light, surfboard, neon sign and shot glasses, Ms Pac-Man & more arcade game, and hand chair with Topsail Island tapestry map. You can also find a Shaka neon light on a pinboard surfboard for you to add a sticker from your favorite local spot as well as sliding glass door access to the patio and fenced in backyard. A shoe rack can be found next to the door across from the bathroom. The garage and owners closet have access doors from this floor, however they are locked for owner only access.

Exterior:

Back-
Covered back screened in patio with table and seating for 6 leads to a fully fenced in backyard.

Front-
Rinse station to rinse off after the beach and QR code door mat at the garage pedestrian door. Enjoy ;-)

Subdivision Amenities:

Basketball hoop is at the end of the dead end part of the street and available for anyone to use so bring your basketball!

Walking path is at the end of the dead end part of the street and cuts directly to mini golf, restaurants, coffee, brewery, distillery, shops, and the turtle sanctuary.

Little Library is available to take a book and leave a book. You can find this toward the dead end of the road across the street in front of one of the townhouses.

Small pond with seating area for 2 is at the front of the neighborhood.

Surf City Recreation Center - Fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, ball fields, gymnasium, wellness classes, fishing pond, and playground.
Karen Beasley Turtle Sanctuary - Purchase tour tickets in advance ($7pp) to reserve your spot. All proceeds are charitable and support saving the turtles.
