Parking & Logistics
The Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges for gate passes on the island:
• Gate passes are $45 per vehicle, for stays of 1 to 179 nights
• Maximum of 4 passenger vehicles parked overnight, 11 PM to 7 AM
• Your first two gate passes are included with your stay
• Low-speed vehicles (golf carts) are permitted; a rented LSV uses one of your four vehicle passes

Guest access
You have exclusive use of our entire home, the screened porch, the deck, and the garage for the length of your stay. Self check-in with a keypad, code sent before arrival. The beach gear and the EV charger are in the garage and are yours to use.

• The front entry has steps, and three of the four bedrooms are upstairs; the main-floor king suite has no stairs to reach
