But what really makes the difference is the air conditioning, an unusual detail in the area and key to guaranteeing a fresh and comfortable stay throughout the year, even on the hottest or windiest days.
The apartment also includes a terrace with pleasant views of the sandy beach and the cliff, perfect for peaceful breakfasts, to let the sea breeze accompany your moments of pause or simply to let time stand still.
Just a few metres from the beach, this space is ideal for families, groups of friends and remote workers seeking to experience the essence of Famara with an added touch of comfort and wellbeing.
For groups made up of guests between 18 and 26 years old, a refundable security deposit of €150 per person is required. During local public holidays, the refundable security deposit will be €300 per person.
The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival. It will be refunded after check-out, once an inspection of the property has been carried out, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.
Parties and events are not permitted.
