Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and more: 2 TVs (including a Netflix-capable TV, available with guest's own account), 2 DVDs, outside shower, Wifi. Plus, XBox 360 (courtesy item not guaranteed). Community outdoor pool and tennis courts. Fishing pier on the bay. *Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking.
