Sleeps [12] across six bedrooms, with a full kitchen and space for everyone to eat together. You're at the quiet north end of Blue Mountain: one minute to the North Chairlift, a 10–15 minute walk to Blue Mountain Village, and 5–7 minutes by car to our private beach.

The Space:

Six bedrooms give everyone room to spread out, and the shared spaces pull the group back together: full kitchen, big dining area, living room, ping pong table, and your own hot tub and sauna (hot tub hours 7am–11pm per local bylaw). Ideal for ski trips, family reunions and golf weekends (guests 25+ or family groups — see house rules).



North Chairlift one minute away, the Village a 10–15 minute walk, private beach a short drive, and Collingwood and Thornbury 15 minutes out.



Guest Access:

Every Tyrolean guest gets access to our private sandy beach on Georgian Bay (5–7 minutes by car) — reserved for Tyrolean guests only.



On the property: our own volleyball court, soccer field, baseball field, a kids' playground and lots of green space, plus your cottage's private hot tub and sauna.



The Neighborhood:

The cottage sits at the quiet North End of Blue Mountain, near the Toronto Ski Club — one minute's drive to the North Chairlifts and a 10–15 minute walk to Blue Mountain Village.



Scenic Caves and the Scandinave Spa are a 5–15 minute drive; Collingwood and Thornbury are about 10–15 minutes away.



Blue Mountain is a true four-season resort: skiing, snowboarding, skating and snowshoeing in winter; hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing and about 10 golf courses in summer; spectacular colours and the Apple Pie Trail in fall.



Getting Around:

You'll want a car — public transit is minimal in the area. Free parking at the cottage. Local taxis (like Ace Cabs) and rideshares cover nights out in the Village.



Other Things to Note:

Please note: the outdoor hot tub operates 7am–11pm per municipal bylaw. Guests must be 25+ unless a family or multigenerational group. A refundable security deposit pre-authorization is taken at check-in ($1,500 for 6–8 bedroom properties). Maximum occupancy strictly applies — no additional visitors.

We're a family-run resort, not a lockbox: check-in happens at our office 1–2 minutes away, where a real person hands you the keys, and our team is nearby throughout your stay if you need anything.
