The Space:
This two-story, four-bedroom (and loft), three-bath Swann Cove home is just a short drive to the beaches, restaurants, shops, and amusements of Fenwick Island, Delaware, and Ocean City, Maryland. Featuring a convenient first-floor main suite and a screened porch for outdoor entertaining, this vacation home makes an ideal base camp for beach adventures. Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, and more. Guests can enjoy five SmartTVs (including a new 65' Smart TV in the living room), four Blu-rays, a gas grill, and WiFi. Note: The fireplace is not available for guest use. The TV in the second bedroom is available for Netflix/streaming only - there is no cable connection. *Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Note: Swann Cove features a community pool, which is open daily from 10 AM to 8 PM from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Guests do not have access to the community's gym and clubhouse.
