Able to accommodate up to 6 people, this single-storey villa with modern architecture is the ideal place for a successful holiday. Ideally located in Plouarzel, just 300 metres from Ruscumunoc beach, enjoy swimming and sunsets on the beach on foot.

Bathed in light thanks to its large bay windows, the spacious living space opens onto a huge furnished terrace. The lounge and dining room benefit from large openings offering a unique panorama over the sea. The kitchen, open, modern and fully equipped, has a large family table that can accommodate up to 8 people.

The exterior is a true extension of the house: a very large terrace equipped with garden furniture with cushions and poufs, a large offset parasol on a wheeled stand, a barbecue and a large dining table for your outdoor meals. The garden is vast and beautifully arranged, ideal for peace and quiet, but is not fenced.



On the night side, the villa is designed with two distinct spaces for each person's privacy.

•Space 1: A bedroom with a 140 cm bed and its private bathroom, as well as a second bedroom with two 90 cm beds also having its own bathroom.

•Space 2 (Master Suite): Located on the opposite side, accessed via a large dressing room. This suite has a 160 cm bed, large windows with sea views, and a spacious private bathroom equipped with a spa bath and shower.

• Kitchen equipment: dishwasher, fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso.

• Laundry room: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron accessible via the garden.

• Books and board games available.

• Electricity:

o Summer period (1st May to 30th September): 100 kWh/week allowance included, then actual consumption charged at €0.30/kWh.

o Winter period (1st October to 30th April): actual consumption charged at €0.30/kWh.

A deposit of €800 will be required upon arrival.
