This is a room in a flat, kind of an Airbnb thing. Magda the flat owner was friendly and helpful, everything was very clean, location was handy (right next to bus station). Was given a fob for the block front door as well as a key for my room. Magda is happy to either chat or leave you in peace depending on how you like it. No parking at flats themselves but close to a couple of private car parks, which for a city centre is what you'd expect.
I saw a score of 1 left by a reviewer who'd been let down by booking.com (i.e. not by the room) so I'm writing to offset that a bit :D
Honestly for the price I couldn't ask for or expect any more than I got.

Clean and comfortable
Not enough explanation of facilities. Quite noisy from street, had to close window. No freeview on tv.
