Experiencia muy decepcionante. Falta de limpieza, mantenimiento y atención al cliente
Nuestra experiencia en esta casa rural fue bastante negativa. A nuestra llegada nos encontramos con un nivel de suciedad y falta de mantenimiento que no se correspondía con las imágenes del anuncio.
El jardín, que en las fotografías aparecía cuidado, en realidad estaba muy descuidado, prácticamente seco y con peras podridas tiradas por todo el recinto, que tuvimos que recoger nosotros mismos.
La barbacoa también estaba sucia y sin recoger de anteriores huéspedes, llena de carbón y grasa, por lo que no estaba en condiciones de utilizarse.
Además, la ducha estaba atascada, por lo que el agua no desaguaba correctamente, siendo otro claro problema de mantenimiento del alojamiento.
Lo más decepcionante, sin embargo, fue la respuesta de los responsables cuando comunicamos la situación. Les escribimos el viernes para informar de alguno de estos problemas y no recibimos respuesta hasta el domingo, precisamente el día de nuestra salida.
Cuando finalmente respondieron, en lugar de disculparse o intentar solucionar los problemas, el tono fue bastante prepotente y llegaron a insinuar que éramos nosotros los responsables de la suciedad, preguntándonos cómo podíamos demostrar lo que estábamos diciendo.
Habíamos enviado fotografías como prueba, por lo que consideramos que, como mínimo, esperábamos una disculpa y una actitud profesional ante una queja de este tipo.
Una cosa es que pueda surgir algún inconveniente en un alojamiento y otra muy distinta es encontrarlo en estas condiciones, comunicarlo durante la estancia y que la respuesta sea cuestionar al cliente en lugar de intentar solucionar los problemas.
Por todo ello, nuestra experiencia fue muy decepcionante. No repetiríamos ni recomendaríamos
