The room was very very comfortable and the Owner (Ms. Tomoko San) is so kind and helpful. I would recommend staying there. If I visit yakushima again I will for sure stay there.
Common washroom and bath if some one wants absolute privacy else it's not a negative point

バス利用の旅だったのですが、宿主さんの的確なアドバイスのお陰で効率よく移動することができました。ほかにも臨機応変に対応してくださり、感謝でいっぱいです。シェアスペースの使い勝手がとてもよく、隅々まで清潔感にあふれていました。私室では自室でくつろぐようにくつろげました。バス停が近いこともありがたかったです。

La dueña fue muy agradable, hospitalaria y estuvo pendiente de que mi estancia fuera lo mejor posible. TODO estaba muy limpio, nuevo y ordenado. La ducha común era muy amplia, cómoda y estaba limpísima. La cocina y la nevera estaban impecables y con espacios separados para cada huésped. Tiene un aparcamiento muy amplio. Está muy cerca de varios restaurantes para comer, un supermercado también.
Hay una lavadora moderna, pero no se puede usar el modo de secadora (para eso hay que ir una lavandería en la zona). Si se compara con otros alojamientos de Japón, los retretes del baño son más bien básicos, sin función de bidé (el famoso chorrito), aunque están limpísimos.

We had a lovely stay with Tomoko at the Soraruri. She took our booking at very short notice. The room was clean and spacious. There is a lovely common area and kitchen. Tomoko was very accommodating. I would recommend.
