Room was very clean, bed was extremely comfortable. The host was super friendly and made an early check in possible

南浦駅からすぐで行きやすい。
スタッフの方たちの対応が早くて丁寧でした。
今回コンサートの為に釜山を訪れたんですが、
チェックインの時間もできるだけ早く入りたいと伝えたら、すごく頑張ってくれました。
部屋に入るとプレゼントとしてなんとコンサートツアーのグッズが置いてあって、びっくり感動しました。
お湯が出ないというトラブルもありましたが、深夜でも素早く対応してくれて、その後少しの返金とお詫びの品まで準備してくれて、とても真摯に対応してくれたと思います。
ボイラーのトラブルでお湯がでなかったけど、その後の対応がとても良かったです。
ハンガー、ティッシュ、が部屋になかったのであると助かります。
