We had an amazing stay at this apartment! It looked exactly like the photos on Booking.com, if not even better. Everything was very new, beautifully renovated, modern, and tastefully designed, with absolutely everything we needed.
The jacuzzi on the balcony was a fantastic bonus and we loved being able to use it whenever we wanted. We also enjoyed using the barbecue on the other terrace one evening. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable for our group made of 7 people, with three bathrooms and plenty of room for everyone.
The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and responsive. Whenever we needed something, they responded immediately and went out of their way to help us, including bringing an extra set of bed linens to our door almost instantly.
Overall, a beautiful property with excellent facilities and wonderful staff. We would definitely stay here again!
The only minor inconvenience for us was the hot water system, which runs on boilers, as is common in Croatia. At times it was a little confusing to understand when the boiler was heating, so we occasionally ended up with cold water. However, the boiler refilled with hot water quite quickly, and the welcome book provided clear instructions on how to use it. It was not a major issue and did not significantly affect our stay.
The apartment is around a 7–10 minute walk from the sea and is located slightly uphill, near one of the entrances to Baška Voda rather than directly in the center. For us, the walk to and from the beach was actually very pleasant, but it is worth knowing if you prefer to stay right in the heart of the resort.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist modern, sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet – besonders die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Highlight ist die große Terrasse mit Whirlpool und dem traumhaften Meerblick.
Die Vermieter sind unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar.

Zum Strand sind es ca. 6–7 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Rückweg geht zwar etwas bergauf aber das hat uns nichts ausgemacht. In Baška Voda erwarteten uns wunderschöne Strände und glasklares Wasser. Ein nettes Städtchen , auch zum Bummeln und den Tag ausklinken zu lassen bei einem Abendessen in einem der vielen Restaurants.

If you're considering staying here, don't hesitate—you won't regret it! This is honestly one of the best apartments I've ever stayed in.
The location is excellent: it's only a 5-minute walk to the beach, where you'll find several lovely cafés and beautiful beaches. The town center is also within easy walking distance. There are two grocery stores conveniently located near the apartment, and private parking is provided.
The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, and very functional. Everything has been thoughtfully designed, and it truly has everything you might need for a relaxing stay. It's situated in a quiet area, making it perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach or exploring the town. Most importantly, it has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that genuinely makes you feel at home.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
