Wir hatten zwei tolle Tage im wunderschönen Tiny House von Claudia und Andy, ein echtes Meisterwerk in Sachen Raumausnutzung. Das moderne Design und die hochwertige Ausstattung haben uns begeistert. Den netten, herzlichen und unkomplizierten Empfang, auch durch Amigo, ihrem Labrador fanden wir toll. Wir wurden von ihm und den Gastgebern herzlich aufgenommen, sie sind tolle Gastgeber so wie man sich sie wünscht. Das alles zusammen ist Gastfreundschaft, die Schaffung eines Freiraums, in den der Fremde eintreten kann und zu einem Freund wird.

We spent 4 nights at Recup in August 2026, wishing to explore the area on our bicycles.
The location, the accommodation and the use of the outdoor facilities (garden, covered seating area, barbecue and bar) were perfect.
The place was spotlessly clean, the bed comfortable, with an excellent shower.
The wifi was fast.
The essential provided (towels, washing-up liquid, tea & coffee, condiments etc) were very useful.
We could park just outside the door in a very quiet area.
There was space inside the enclosed property to park our bikes.
Many lovely and safe cycling routes are available from the property.
Useful information about the area was provided (although mostly in Flemish but maps are useful in any language).
Andy and Claudia, the hosts, were very welcoming and pleasant, and made sure we had any information we needed.
They have a pet dog (Amigo). It was made very clear to us before our arrival that, if it was a problem, Amigo would be kept away but we didn't mind. Amigo is very friendly and well trained and kept us company when outside.
We had such a lovely stay.
