Bien situé, facile d'accès tant des grands axes que du centre de Calais .
Jolie rénovation, moderne, très grands espaces communs bien équipés et bien décorés. même un petit jardin avec terrasse.
Parking facile dans la rue.
rapport qualité/prix très correct.
Que la télé soit dans les espaces communs et non dans la chambre. Il y a une télé dans la chambre mais non connectée.
Contact avec le propriétaire (très sympathique) à ce sujet ,qui nous a proposé la salle commune , ce qui a été possible car nous étions seuls ce soir là pour la regarder. (il y a 3 chambres) .
Il nous a dit remédier à cela prochainement.

Wir waren nur für 1 Nacht in der Unterkunft, da wir von der Fähre von GB kamen und schon lang gefahren sind. Für ÜN zur Fähre ist die die Wohnung gut gelegen. Aber auch für mehrere Tage ķönnte ich in der Unterkunft bleiben. Unser Zimmer war sehr gut und sauber, sowie der Gemeinschaftsraum...die Küche war gut ausgestattet...man hatte auch die Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen. Jerome hat uns sehr schnell und nett geantwortet, als wir ein kleines Problemchen hatten.
