Everything was absolutely great from the beginning. As soon as we made the reservation we could contact the host easily and he solved all our questions quickly, so communication was excellent from start to finish. The host really cared about us because he even picked up from the train station. Stefano is a very nice guy who explained how everything worked and asked us if everything was OK while we were staying in the apartment. We appreciate that because that made us feel home. Besides the apartment was beautifully decorated, with much style and personality. Everything was absolutely clean. We had everything we need. Even, he also left something to eat and drink, such as coffee, tea and water. We had a lovely sight of the neighbouring roofs. The street isn't noisy as it isn't a main street, so we could sleep with the windows open in absolute silence, only hearing some seagulls from time to time. Regarding the location, as it isn't in the city centre, we experienced the atmosphere from a more authentic part of the city that mass tourism can't always see. Besides, the bus stop is only a few metres far from the flat and offers easy connection. We can understand some people may prefer using a lift to go 4 floors up, but we didn't mind as it is a very nice building with much personality. It is also quiet, and the last floor offers more silence, nicer sights and breeze when opening the windows. So, we would repeat the place without hesitation at all.

This is a special apartment, full of charm, decorated and furnished with love and care to detail. Stefano is a wonderful and generous host who made me feel very welcome and had supplied bottles of water, plenty of coffee capsules, teas, snacks of all sorts and more. Communication was easy and prompt. Stefano goes out of his way to ensure guests have what they need.
A clean, harmonious space awaited me, equipped with new appliances and everything one might need for daily living. It is not situated in a tourist area, which I liked, but in an interesting quarter of Rome, full of local character and I felt safe. Tourist attractions can be easily reached with a great variety of public transport for those who are in Rome for touristic purposes. Any time again. Thank you, Stefano.
There is nothing I didn't like.
People who have trouble walking up stairs should keep in mind, that there is no elevator and that the apartment is on the 4th, the top floor. It has a great view over the roofs of the neighbourhood. The seagulls and other birds are fantastic to watch and listen to.
I had a heavy suitcase but Stefano and somebody who happened to come out of the building, carried it up for me.
There is an air conditioner in the bedroom and if one opens up the windows in the evening, there is a lovely breeze going through the whole apartment, even in hot weather.

First and foremost, I really appreciated that this apartment has a very thoughtful owner. There were three of us staying there, and everything we needed for our stay was right there in the apartment! From toilet paper, soap, and coffee pods to various pans, drinking water (a huge thank you for that!), towels, and more. We only had to buy food at the store-everything else was provided, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing!
We’d also like to extend our sincere thanks to the apartment owner for accommodating our late arrival and meeting us in person. We were always able to stay in touch here via the Booking messenger, which gave us added peace of mind.
We also really liked that the apartment was very clean and comfortable. All the windows have shutters (so you can block out the sunlight), and there’s also air conditioning. All the bedding and towels were clean. The beds were very large and comfortable (especially the bed—it's huge!). The apartment is tastefully furnished; it was fun to explore every corner, and we really liked the wooden furniture.
The apartment is conveniently located: about a 15-minute walk to the metro and about 2–3 minutes to the bus stop. There’s also a large grocery store nearby. There are also interesting sights within walking distance.
