The property was really nice, with the great addition of a pool table! Bed was very comfy and came with everything needed! Fantastic location if attending any events at Utilita Arena. Hosts were fantastic and communication was exceptional! I would highly recommend staying here!

Good location by the canal and short walk (10 mins) to Brindley Place which is very nice and Broad Street a few mins walk from there. Property has been refurbished well in the past but is now a bit tired. Why a pool table and not a dining table and chairs I do not know? Door to the patio didn't open. No tea towel and not spotless (floors needed a sweep and the toilet needed cleaning). Fortunately they had left a fan which was much needed as no AC. I believe the basic charge for the apartment represents good value - the security deposit is excessive. It is spacious and quiet.
Biggest issue with this property was the unexpected security deposit which was more than the cost of the accommodation! Where it's terms said my card would not be charged unless there was damage - I was in fact required to pay the £200 up front, in order to be sent the check-in details (held to ransom rather). The refund can take up to 7 days apparently. So as it stands I have committed over £400 to this accommodation this month and had to tie up a further £200 for a week for which I had not planned.
