It'll be nice when it's finished...

Good value for a four bedroom property. Bed was comfy. Outside space not overlooked. Had plenty of shops, cafes nearby. No problem parking.

Clearly this property is still being renovated (at least I very much hope so). Clearly the work so far has been rushed. Old fridge dumped in the garden along with old doors and a knackered pool table. A used disposable BBQ was provided as an ash tray.. nice touch. Exposed light fittings, poorly painted skirting boards, wonky kitchen cupboards which were old and dirty inside. Taps nearly falling off. No shower curtain so impossible to have a shower without flooding the bathroom. BUT these are mostly cosmetic. Spend a bit more money and it'll be nice, but I'd probs look elsewhere for now unless you need somewhere that can accommodate a large party and just going to sleep there.

Done the job

It done the job for what we were going for as we just needed a place to sleep

They gave us the wrong access code and we waited out the property for 30 minutes for them to answer and it was a completely different code. There was stains on towels and no bath towels they were all small. There was a used syringe under a couch which showed the place had not properly been cleaned. We gave a 250 pound deposit and left the place clean, filled 2 bin bags worth and put it in the bins outside and wiped surfaces. We got charged for excessive rubbish and it got taken off the deposit however is 2 bin bags worth excessive amounts of rubbish for 11 people when we already paid just under 500 for the property? We felt this was a trap. I then brought up with the problems with the property and ignored the fact that there was a used syringe used syringe. They then became reasonable and charged us less when I challenged it and sent them photos of problems we had but if I hadn’t done that we would have got more deducted than we should have. We did have a good weekend in the property and it done the job just don’t fall into the trap of going in a big group with hidden costs and don’t have any rubbish and you will get your money back lol
