There are no staff on site but check in went smoothly via messaging. The rooms are large and have a pleasant outlook. The apartment isn't far from the main street. Kitchen facilities are basic. The bathroom is large with a good shower which is easily accessible for handicapped people. There is an elevator. There is free parking on site.
There is nowhere to leave anything if you arrive early. Access to the rooms is strictly according to check in time.
