Новые домики, есть все необходимое для проживания. Очень приветливый и гостеприимный хозяин. Встретил и помог найти дорогу к домикам.
Потрясающие виды, тишина и покой. Пожалели, что остановились всего на один день. Остались бы еще, но уже дальше были планы.

Nice tranquil location away from the hustle and bustle of Mestia, but it was easy and fast to walk into town. Accommodation is new, well equipped and nicely designed. Highly recommended.
There is just one bathroom which was a bit challenging for 9 people. :)

I can say that this cottage was the best experience I have ever had on Booking.com, especially in Mestia. I was vacationing with friends and a toddler. The cottage is beautiful, tastefully and thoughtfully furnished, and it is clear that the host truly put their heart into thinking about the guests. The house was very clean and equipped with good, high-quality items, so we had no issues at all throughout our stay. It has a large, beautiful yard with a grill where you can host a barbecue. The host was extremely attentive—we needed assistance a couple of times, and they arrived very promptly and resolved the issue. We had such a pleasant experience that I would definitely recommend staying at this cottage to others in the future, and I would gladly return myself.

Very nice place a lot of room
For everyone
You must have a 4*4 car in order to get to the place from the main road. There is a gate to the property which is not comfortable to open and close every time.
There weren’t dark curtains so in morning you get a lot of sun in the room
