The front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful. I appreciated how comfortable the bed was and how clean the room was. It also had a huge refrigerator and stovetop, which was interesting.
I had read that parking was included on booking.com. It wasn't. I ended up paying for valet. I also thought the hotel was closer to downtown than it was- we could not walk there from the hotel as anticipated.

The front desk attendant was super nice and gave us a bunch of recommendations for things to do and see.
The vallet parking was terrible. The first people we had contact with when we first got there on 9/21 were very nice and personable, the next day not so much. When we went to get our car in the morning of 9/22 the vallet employee acted like we were bothering him by asking to do his job and was asking for payment right then and there. They charged me for an extra day. I called and the man I spoke to was very very condescending and didn’t take my inquiries about the charges seriously. He said he would pass it along to the manager but I never received a call or email. Because of this I would not recommend this hotel which is a shame because it’s beautiful and clean.

Good breakfast with lots of choices, easy access to Portland waterfront. Brand new property so everything was very clean. Top notch exercise room.
The valet parking was expensive. The service was good but not excellent. The phone number given for the valet was not working.The attendents were friendly and hard working.
