Nice hotel, with good location in Portland. Everything is walkable and for the places that aren’t you can use their free shuttle service.
The hot water was not working perfectly, and we had to run the tap for 20 minutes before it got warm. When we notified the staff they were really understanding and offered help which was nice.

The hotel had exceptional service, was extremely clean and the location was perfect! (Short walk to most areas - which was awesome to be close to everything without being in the thick of it all) Breakfast was fast and delicious each morning and was always served with a smile! Top floor lounge was very "swanky" and the cocktails/small plates were delicious! Another bonus was the available shuttle - it will take you (or pick you up) anywhere, as long as, it is within 3 miles of the hotel - it was so convenient! We would HIGHLY recommend this hotel!

The location was good
The check in staff were not very helpful
The bath was not fit for purpose, as it was so small and the plug leaked!
The air conditioning unit was so loud it disturbed sleep all night.
