No lights in downstairs kitchen.

The theme of the house was nice, the pool and hot tub and gameroom was a hit with everyone. The location was close to Disney World, Walmart and gas stations.

On the 2nd day the upstairs water heater leaked so bad that the upstairs carpet was like walking in the swimming pool. It leaked through the ceiling downstairs, we had to use pots to catch the water, the lights in the kitchen, downstairs, the front entrance way, the tv in the livingroom, the outside patio and the lights in the gameroom all went out. I reached out only to them coming out to cut the hot water off, leaving the soaked carpet and no downstairs lights or TV. There was only one TV remote that worked downstairs and one for upstairs for all the tv's in the house. The projector in the theater room didn't work. And there were no washcloths, so we had to buy our own. They came to dry up the carpet 2 days before we left but still no lights in the kitchen. I typically don't do negative reviews but this was unacceptable. We made the best out of our stay from Sunday- Friday. I'll give the house a 5 out of 5 on the first night but after that it was a 2.
