The staff were so welcoming, helpful especially mayar ( the sweetest 😍), Mustafa and the night shift staff. Thank you so much 🙏 I will miss you all.
The hotel is clean, good water pressure and temperature, and I loved my morning showers in my room. Rooms get cleaned regularly. Double grazing on windows, very helpful with the busy Al tahriri square literally outside the hotel.
Another great thing about the hotel is its famous location and proximity to shopping restaurants and the Egyptian museum down the road..
One small critism is I didn't like that in the booking they said breakfast included, implying that they would provide breakfast through their restaurant when it's intact across the road, in another place altogether and I wouldn't call it a breakfast tbh, it was one boiled egg, some pita bread, a few cheeses and cold deli slices. I think removing the breakfast with the room is better since lotus doesn't actually have a restaurant. Plenty of places to eat close by too. Apart from that little detail, I was quite happy with my stay.and will come again if I'm ever in Cairo.

Great stay .. very convenient as it’s on Sqaure Tahrir..the Hotel staff were very helpful, notably Verina and her colleague. The hotel is quite clean and recently constructed. Interestingly, the hotel also proposes to organise visits of sites at even better rates.. i will certainly stay another time ..
